Admission Procedure

Welcome to Gyan Sagar Public School !! We are delighted that you are considering our school for your child’s education.

Please follow the steps below to complete the admission process smoothly :-

Step-1 : Inquiry and Information
  Visit our school office or website to gather detailed information about the programs and facilities we offer.
  Our admission counselor will guide you through the available options and answer your queries.

Step-2 : Registration
  Fill out the admission registration form available at the school office or online.
  Submit the required documents (see the list below) along with the registration fee.

Step-3 : Interaction/Assessment
  For certain grades, students may be required to attend an interaction session or a written assessment to determine their readiness.
  Parents may also be invited for a discussion with the school management.

Step-4 : Admission Confirmation
 After successful completion of the assessment, parents will be notified about the admission status.
  Upon confirmation, parents are requested to complete the formalities by paying the admission fee.

Step-5 : Orientation and Commencement
  Once the admission process is complete, students and parents will be invited for an orientation session.
  The academic session will commence as per the notified schedule.

Required Documents :-

Please ensure you have the following documents ready for submission :-

1.Birth Certificate (Original and a photocopy).
2.Previous School’s Transfer Certificate (If applicable).
3.Report Card of the last academic year.
4.Address Proof of parents/guardians (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Utility Bill).
5.Passport-Sized Photographs of the student and parents (2 each).
6.Medical Certificate stating the child’s fitness and vaccination details.
7.ID Proof of Parents/Guardians (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID).
8.Caste Certificate (if applicable).
9.Bank Details for any fee-related transactions (optional).
10.Sibling Information (if applying for sibling concessions).
